Today we briefly reviewed the Constitution.

  There will be a test tomorrow: 40 questions long, scantron.... as usual

Checks and balances

Individual rights

Article 1- Legislative Branch- Congress- Powers thereof and checks on the other 2 branches
Article 2- Executive Branch-President- Powers thereof and checks on the other 2 branches
Article 3- Judicial Branch- Supreme court- Powers thereof and checks on the other 2 branches

Electoral college

Article 4- State governments- look at National v. State powers

Habeas corpus

Amending the Constitution- Article 5- what is the process by which the Constitution can be amended?

know the small details of 2/3rds vote, 3/4ths vote for different things.....
